Non. Veuillez noter que l’achat du matériel de préparation aux examens de SeeWhy Learning ne constitue pas une inscription au(x) cours(s) de licence. Cependant, nos documents sont conçus pour vous aider à comprendre le contenu de ces cours. Si vous ne l’avez pas déjà fait, vous devez vous inscrire auprès du fournisseur de cours et d’examen concerné pour obtenir leur matériel de cours et passer l’examen proprement dit.
Offrez-vous de l’enseignement en classe?
Tous les outils d’étude SeeWhy Learning (matériel d’étude) sont livrés en ligne, à l’exception de l’achat facultatif d’une version imprimée du Guide d’étude (si disponible). Bien que nous offrions un soutien individuel aux entreprises partenaires et du tutorat téléphonique aux étudiants du commerce de détail, nous ne fournissons pas d’enseignement traditionnel en classe.
Puis-je partager un abonnement avec un collègue?
Non. Votre centre d’étude SeeWhy Learning a été créé pour un seul utilisateur et n’est pas transférable à, ou pour être partagé par, un autre utilisateur, qu’il soit utilisé pour la période d’abonnement complète ou une partie de celle-ci. Votre abonnement est effectivement conçu pour votre usage exclusif et non pour être partagé. Le partage de l’accès entraînera la résiliation de votre abonnement. Comment puis-je voir les options d’abonnement et commander?
Lorsque vous cliquez sur une option d’outils d’étude de préparation aux examens dans une liste de cours, ou que vous affichez une page de commande d’outils de cours, vous verrez ce qui est inclus dans l’abonnement.
Comment puis-je recevoir mes outils d’étude de préparation à l’examen et mes identifiants de connexion?
Après avoir passé votre commande, vous recevrez un courriel de SeeWhy Learning avec votre nom d’utilisateur et votre mot de passe personnels pour accéder à votre centre d’apprentissage à SeeWhyLogin.ca pour votre étude de préparation aux examens sélectionnée. Les commandes sont traitées automatiquement 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7 et vous recevrez votre reçu de paiement et vos informations de connexion dans les 15 minutes. Le nom d’utilisateur / mot de passe est unique à vous et ne doit pas être partagé avec une autre personne. Veuillez lire notre CLUF (Contrat de licence utilisateur final) si vous avez besoin d’éclaircissements.
Combien de tentatives sont autorisées pour chaque module d’étude de cours de préparation aux examens?
En tant que formateurs, nous comprenons qu’un étudiant peut souhaiter compléter un module jusqu’à 5 ou 10 fois, bien que dans de nombreux cas, une ou deux fois suffisent. Cependant, pour s’adapter à différents styles d’étude, chaque abonnement individuel permet un maximum de 25 tentatives sur une seule activité.

Non. La garantie de remboursement ne s’applique pas à la version imprimée du guide d’étude.
